Our culinary center on the "Cote d'Azur" is located 
next to the glamour city of Cannes, and a few minutes drive
 to Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice, Grasse (capital of parfumers) and
 Mougins (an elegant perched village renowned for its fine restaurants)
    
6 day-5 night stay in a luxurious Provencal B&B with swimming pool and beautiful garden. Additional night: see "Rates & how to book"

Queen-size or twin beds in each room with up-to-date private bathroom, and restroom.

5 great French breakfasts prepared by your hosts.

«20 hours of intensive “hands-on” cooking lessons with Chef Philippe Gion, useful culinary commentaries and lots of professional secrets.

Trip with Chef Philippe to the wonderful “Marché de Provence” of Antibes (or Fayence). Guided visit of the old village and harbor.

VEGETARIANS CULINARY ADVENTURE

 

 For a minimum of 4 persons, we can organize a full vegetarian cooking session. Most

 of the Provencal recipes are vegetarian as vegetables, herbs and fruits are the main ingredients. For you, we will adapt the meat and fish recipes to your diet.

For example, a "tofu" Grand Aioli is a wonderful dish that you will never forget.
